NEW YORK — Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant showed off his athletic chops by laying out for a great grab in foul territory on Thursday. Outing the New York Mets' Jeff McNeil to start the bottom of the fifth, Bryant made a stellar catch at Citi Field.

With the Cubs and the Mets tied entering the bottom of the fifth, McNeil chopped a foul ball to the third-base side. Bryant hustled toward the baseball and dove headfirst in order to secure the snag for a spectacular web gem.
