WATCH: Nicholas Castellanos loses his mind after Kris Bryant goes yard

by - Senior Writer -

CHICAGO — Chicago Cubs right fielder Nicholas Castellanos definitely does not lack for vim or vigor, and he showcased his excitable nature with an emphatic fist pump in a game against the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday. Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant hit what proved to be a game-winning home run in the bottom of the eighth, and Castellanos was plated on the 2-run bomb.

Letting his excitement out along with the fired-up Wrigley Field faithful, Castellanos essentially lost his mind when Bryant's dinger sailed over the left-field wall. Castellanos let loose a running fist pump and proceeded to crouch down and style himself after an airplane while stampeding around the bases. The 2-run jack culminated in the eventual final score of 12-11, with the Cubs coming out on top in the epic showdown.
