WATCH: Robel Garcia hammers RBI triple off right-field wall

Recent Chicago Cubs call-up Robel Garcia drilled a standup triple that drove home a run on Saturday.

CHICAGO — Recent Chicago Cubs call-up Robel Garcia has nine hits at the big-league level, and seven of them have been of the extra-base variety. On Saturday, Garcia smacked his second triple in a Cubs uniform, thereby scoring Kris Bryant, who walked earlier in the inning.

After hammering a 3-bagger off the right-field wall, Garcia hustled around the bases and coasted into third base standing up. The triple put the Cubs up 2-0 over the San Diego Padres at Wrigley Field. Garcia now has seven RBI on the year.
