WATCH: Schwarber cranks two homers for Iowa Cubs

Chicago Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber is getting hot for the Iowa Cubs as he absolutely crushed two homers for the Cubs Triple-A affiliate on Friday night.

If Schwarber continues to hit, he could be up for the Cubs after the All-Star break to give them a much needed offensive boost. He will have to just continue to show that he can make solid contact and cut down on the high strikeout totals that he has displayed at an alarming rate this season.

In 2017, Schwarber batted .171 with 12 homers, 28 RBI, and .295 on-base percentage with the major league club.
