The Cubs offseason has begun which means construction and renovations for the next several months on the North Side.

The Captain Morgan Club which opened in 2009 was demolished at Addison and Sheffield recently to make room for the new two-story retail space at Wrigley Field.

According to the Chicago Tribune, other projects that are to be completed this offseason will be a renovated visitors clubhouse, Maker's Mark Barrel room, The W Club, and the Catina room.

Times are certainly changing around Wrigley Field.
