The Chicago Cubs YouTube channel released the first episode of "Cubs 162 - All-Access" on Thurday that showcases David Ross being introduced as the new manager while Jon Lester and Jason Heyward talk their futures before heading to Spring Training.
Also, during the video, Nico Hoerner talks about his first Cubs convention experience on Jan. 18.
