Reigning National League MVP Kris Bryant is in attendance with the sold-out 2017 Cubs Convention to spend time with the diehard Cubs fans.

Bryant said on Saturday during the convention via ESPN's Jesse Rogers that he is not satisfied with the incredible season he had in 2016.

"The moment you are satisfied then you suck. I hate being average or mediocre. I don't want to settle or be complacent. I like moving around the field. I like improving. I like running the bases. I want more. I want more home runs."

In 2016, Bryant batted .292 with 39 homers, 102 RBIs, and an on-base percentage of .385.
