Cubs fan buys the naming rights to White Sox Stadium

US Cellular field is no more as the new name of the Chicago White Sox's stadium will be known as Guaranteed Rate Field.

Yes, you read correctly, it will be called Guaranteed Rate Field after the successful mortgage company that was started in 2000.

Awkwardly, Guaranteed Rate's president Victor Ciardelli is known for being a Cubs fan.

These are indeed wonderful times to be a Cubs fan with the team's MLB-leading 81-45 record, and the owner of the crosstown rival's stadium being a Cubs fan.
