Cubs lineup vs Marlins: Contreras will start at 1st base

Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo will be out of the lineup on Thursday with lower back tightness.

Veteran lefty Jon Lester (9-3, 2.06) will get the start against lefty Wei-Yin Chen (4-2, 5.22).
