The Chicago Cubs have signed right-handed pitcher Mario Meza to a minor league contract.
Meza was 4-2 with a 1.59 ERA with 51 strikeouts and 1.18 WHIP in the Mexican League last season. During his last four seasons in the Mexican League, he was 9-12 with a 4.60 ERA and 1.36 WHIP. Chicago Cubs have signed RHP Mario Meza. Played for @LeonesOficial in 2016.
