Rizzo reaches out to Cubs fan that was attacked at school

12-year old Cubs fan Henry Sembdner is out of a coma on Sunday from a beating that he took allegedly from another student at Kenyon Woods Middle School in South Elgin.

Cubs superstar Anthony Rizzo heard about the Sembdner's family situation and reached out to Henry via social media.

"Heard you are a big @Cubs fan Henry," Rizzo tweeted on Tuesday. "When you are better I have a couple tickets and BP passes waiting for you at Wrigley. "Heard Henry's school will be wearing @Cubs gear tom to show their support Wear ur gear & I'll RT pics. Let's all show our support." #StayStrong

Everyone at CubsHQ is pulling for Henry to have a full recovery in the near future.

Good news to report on Tuesday night, Henry is out of the hospital and back with his family.
