WATCH: Baez visits fan at Children's Hospital

Cubs utility infielder Javier Baez visited the San Jorge Children's hosptial in San Juan, Puerto Rico recently to visit Samantha who was a huge Baez fan.

She was heartbroken because she fell asleep during Game 7 of the World Series but was shocked by Baez's visit to her hospital room.
