Cubs president Theo Epstein was one of the main reasons that the City of Chicago is celebrating a World Series Victory party on Friday.

Epstein is partying like it's 1908 with a bear costume while drinking champagne. He already sent that he was going to do a postgame bender on Wednesday night and it appears that he has started his partying.
