Video Description: Two celebrated Chicago street artists, Hebru Brantley and Max Sansing, came together to create an imaginative 50x60 foot mural of baseball superstar Kris Bryant in the Wrigleyville section of the city. Born and raised on the Southside, Brantley is known globally for his unique “Flyboy” art, and Sansing is recognized as a photorealism/graffiti artist. The All-Star third baseman is widely respected for his on-field exploits and how he carries himself off the baseball diamond. Brantley and Sansing looked to immortalize the reigning Rookie of the Year player on the massive wallscape, with Sansing creating the realistic face of Kris, while Brantley delivered his impression of Kris’ life story through creative expression. A classic time-lapse video of the process was captured as the vibrant, jaw-dropping wallscape emerged on the side of the HVAC Pub.
