The Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,000 adults in mid-November and asked whether the Donald Trump Presidental win or the Chicago Cubs World Series title was more surprisingly.
67% that were polled said that the Trump win was more surprising while just 26% said that the Cubs win for the first time since 1908 was a bigger surprise. The poll had a sampling error of 3% with a 95% level of confidence.
