Chicago Cubs baseball is back!

Well sorta, with tonight's Cubs (8-12) exhibition game against the rival White Sox (10-7) at Wrigley Field at 7:05 p.m. CT on ESPN (out-of-market only), Marquee Sports Network, and NBC Sports Chicago (White Sox).

Should be some interesting baseball tonight.

Here are the lineups for tonight's action for the Cubs:

Nico Hoerner 2B

Albert Almora Jr. CF

Lineup Note: Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo is not in the lineup today but will go through a full day of work as he is feeling fine according to reports.

Ian Happ is a late replacement for Albert Almora Jr. in CF and will bat ninth for the Cubs.

Chicago White Sox lineup:

Tim Anderson SS

Eloy Jimenez LF

Jose Abreu 1B

Yasmani Grandal C

Edwin Encarnacion DH

Luis Robert CF

Pitching notes: The Cubs will have righty Kyle Hendricks on the mound (0-0, 1.00 ERA) against righty Drew Anderson (0-1, 6.75 ERA). Tomorrow Yu Darvish will be on the mound and Lester and Alec Mills will go on Wednesday against the Twins.

Opening Day will have Hendricks, followed by Yu Darvish, and then Tyler Chatwood according to David Ross during media availability.
