Chicago Cubs President of Operations Theo Epstein held his end-of-year press conference recently discussing various topics including Joe Maddon's constant changing lineups to the dismay of many fans.

Epstein says some of the players are anxious about his constant lineup changes, but there is an open dialogue between everyone.

"Helping players anticipate as much as possible when they're going to play, is really important so they can think along and know their role is," Epstein said. "That is something that Joe tries to do and does effectively. We can all get better at it."

During the 163 regular season games, the Cubs had 152 different batting orders.
