The Cubs defeated the Oakland Athletics 9-5 on Tuesday afternoon. Jake Arrieta went five strong innings giving up only two hits and one run.
Schwarber, Russell, Szczur, Ross and Kawasaki all homered for the Cubs. Cubs win!
