Cubs slugger Kris Bryant hit his 22nd homer of the season (11th in June) to put the Cubs up 2-0 in the first inning against the New York Mets on Thursday night.

The home run went 387 feet and Bryant is now tied with Adam Duvall for the National League lead in home runs.

He is the first Cubs player to hit 22+ homers before the All-Star break since Derrek Lee in 2005.
