Wade, acquired by Chicago from Kansas City for outfielder Jorge Soler in December of 2016, ranks first among all relief pitchers with a 1.18 ERA since the start of 2014 ... his 0.15 homers allowed per 9.0 innings in that time frame also leads all relievers while his 19 wins rank second and his .163 opponent average ranks fourth ... Has gone 55-37 with 47 saves and a 3.53 ERA (305 ER/776.2 IP) in 334 major league appearances (246 relief outings, 88 starts) covering eight seasons with Tampa Bay (2009-12) and Kansas City (2013-16) ... Became a full-time reliever in 2014, and has gone 19-4 with 47 saves and a 1.18 ERA (24 ER/182.2 IP) in 182.2 innings ... has held opponents to a .216 slugging percentage and a .239 on-base percentage, good for a .456 OPS ...
